Summary: Week 11

This week was more fun than last week. I enjoyed putting my videos together and it came easier to me than it did last week. This week’s challenge was time management. As the semester progresses I find it difficult to remember this course until mid-week then I scramble to complete everything whereas in the beginning of the semester I was finishing by mid-week. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get back on track next week.

This week I completed two assignments from the assignment bank. The first assignment was titled “Sixteen Year Old Me” where I gave advice to a younger me and it was worth 4.5 stars. I tweaked the assignment slightly to make it more meaningful for myself. The video ended up being on the longer side I think at over 3 minutes, but I was happy with the way it turned out, so I didn’t edit it down. Check out my video in my blog post “Dear Amanda.”

For my second assignment (also worth 4.5 stars), I took video of myself doing something I do every day. I used Windows Movie Maker to put it all together and blogged about the steps in a post titled “Everyday, without fail.”

I also complete three daily creates this week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

#tdc2131 @ds106dc What’s on the other side of the ds106 door? A stairway of arduous tasks with glimmers of light as inspiration along the way. It seems as though it will never end…

The last assignment to be completed this week was the Final Crisis blog. I didn’t have a really great idea, however I did come up with a little something.
